‘Something, Somewhere’ EP Artwork
‘Something, Somewhere’ is a collection of songs about a specific period of time in Lauryn’s life; namely her childhood and teen years. Notable themes include growing pains, new to heartbreaks of different kinds, and understanding emotions that begin to take on complex shades.
The evolution of this EP parallel’s Lauryn’s journey - from innocent pastels and idyllic tones (‘Perfectly Fine’) to new perspectives and vibrant (‘Leaving Town’) to something more mature and introspective (‘Stay A While’), as she departs this chapter of her life.
